The Wayne County Dog Shelter will be hosting our friends from Mohican Veterinary Wellness to provide Well Checks and Microchips to dogs in our community. This event is open to the public and we hope to see you and all of your furry friends that are needing chipped.
The clinic will be held on
Saturday, December 2nd from 10am-2pm. Please fill out the form below to pre-register.
Requirements
- Pre-register by filling out the form below (Each attending dog needs its' own registration)
- Keep your pet leashed at all times
- Signed waiver at the time of service
