The 5th Annual Bow Wow Ball has been reimagined and will allow you to support the Dog Shelter's Medical Fund in three separate ways!
First, we will be offering Bow Wow Boxes for $30! Each box will include a $15 gift certificate to your pre-selected restaurant as well as a special gift as a token of our appreciation. Boxes will be ordered between January 1st until January 31st, pick up is available on Saturday, February 13th, or at another mutually agreeable time. Purchase your Bow Wow Box in person at the Wayne County Dog Shelter or online at Eventbrite.com.
Secondly, we will be holding an online auction offering a wide variety of items that you won't want to miss! The auction will run for two weeks, beginning February 1st and ending February 12th.
And finally, you can participate in the wine and bourbon grab! This unique aspect to our event allows you to take a chance at selecting a high quality wine or bourbon at a much lower cost. It is just $10 for a wine selection and $40 for a bourbon selection. You will draw a number that will correspond with a bottle, and claim that bottle as your own.
The Bow Wow Ball is our most important fundraiser of the year, as it provides funding for all of our dogs medical needs. In the past the Medical Fund has allowed funding for heartworm treatments, repairing broken bones, and treating various diseases among many other procedures.
In order to put on this amazing event we are accepting donations for the virtual auction, sponsorships, and donations of wine and bourbon. Should you like to contribute to the Bow Wow Ball in this way please click on this link to view our SPONSORSHIP FORM.
We greatly appreciate your support which will directly impact the lives of hundreds of stray dogs in Wayne County.
